We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Sales Admin to generate appointments for RESISales Consultants.
You will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their requirements for home improvement and getting appointments in the diary.
A RESI Business Development Associate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable in a rapidly growing business, comfortable with talking on the phone and target driven to achieve great results.
Their objective is to help the company grow by bringing in customers, developing new business and exceed their appointment quota.
•Accurately capture relevant information from the customer
•Call existing customers to upsell complimentary RESI services
•Manage handover of a customer to RESI operations team to deliver service
•Tracking of prospects and opportunities
•Manage the activity process in RESI CRM platform
•Clear communicator and ability to build rapport
•Comfortable with cutting edge tech
•Ability to learn about RESI services and describe them to prospects
•Targets and results driven – we want to change the industry tomorrow!
•Picks things up quickly and is keen to embrace new technology solutions
•Architecture or construction industry experience
