Project Architect/Senior Technologist ( Revit and Residential experience in the UK)

We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Technical and Revit expert, overseeing quality and performance within our Revit Studios. You may be a Project Architect or Senior Technologist. You will be instrumental in ensuring our team of 50+ designers/architects/technologists deliver quality design packages to our clients, across our end to end client journey. In this strategic role, you will coach, develop workflow improvements, and explore cutting edge technologies to drive quality and continuous improvement.


Our client base covers the whole of the UK with a variety of potential projects - ranging from internal renovations to larger extensions and even new build developments. Since our launch in 2017, we’ve become the largest residential architectural practice in the UK. In creating our step by step service, we’ve brought simplicity and great affordable design to the nation. This way, every homeowner in the UK can benefit from an architect’s expertise. As a core part of our team, you’ll directly feed into how our company grows.   


We are currently 90+ people based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London. This is an office based role but we encourage work from home Wednesdays. Our office is accessible, and we are willing to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate successful candidates.


We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Ideally 7 years Revit residential experience in the UK (i.e Conversions, Elevations, Lofts, Extensions) 

  • Experience with automation/semi-automation tools within Revit such as Dynamo, Rhino, Pointfuse, Cloudworx (desirable)

  • Part 3 or equivalent on-site experience 

    • Significant experience stages 4-7

    • High performance across Planning and Building Regulations 

    • Contract Administration and Project Management experience

  • Experience developing workflows and business processes

  • Team leadership skills 

  • BIM knowledge (preferable)

  • Commercial awareness

Core Responsibilities:

  • Technical and quality oversight of Existing Design, Proposed Design and Building Regulations packages across multiple architectural studios

  • Operate as an internal Revit subject matter expert, driving up quality and efficiency

  • Oversee internal training and CPD programmes to create a culture of continuous improvement

  • Communicating with clients and coordinating consultants (engineers/drainage/party-wall etc.)

  • Training and coaching designers, architects and technologists
