Who are we?

We are Resi, an online service that makes residential architecture stress-free and available to everyone in the UK.

Born out of the frustration felt by one of our founders when renovating their own home, we’re looking to shake up the architecture industry; doing things a little differently to our competitors by empowering our customers to more easily navigate the obstacle course that is the design/planning process. We have created a system that efficiently carries a project through stages of design and planning, educating the customer via an online dashboard, with frequent updates and round-the-clock contact with their designer, access to trusted suppliers and now including finance/loan options too!

Who are we looking for?

We have a fun and ambitious team of just under 60 people (we’ve doubled in the last 12 months), located in an exciting space in Brixton (right by the tube station!), and we’re on the lookout for new creative energy to help take us to the next level.

You’ll be an organised, proactive person looking to develop our customer experience through Resi CRM channels.

The role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising our interactions across the customer journey to help improve our acquisition and retention goals.

Working within the small but mighty growth marketing team, you will ensure that we are building better automated, personalised and data-driven campaigns and that we are optimising those campaigns that already exists. 

You will be supported by our data analyst to provides data and SQL support and analyse results of campaigns, UI / UX Designer to help visualise and comms manager for support with the tone of voice. 

We are looking for the following attributes:

  • Results and data-driven

  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable running and reporting AB testing

  • Ability to move fast, and react to change as the business evolves

  • Passionate about customer communication

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience working within the property sector

  • Experience working with a start-up or small business

  • Experience working in an agency with multiple clients
