Who are we looking for? 


We have a fun, dynamic team located in Brixton. Currently, we’re a modest sized team of under 40, but we’re growing quickly and on the hunt for a Customer Service and Operations Executive.


You’ll be an organised, proactive person looking to help take care of customers to ensure the experience is great. Being driven with high energy is key.


Experience in the construction industry would be ideal but not necessary – the right candidate is more important.


The role


  • Communicate and update clients on project progress
  • Organisation and admin tasks using our custom built online admin panel
  • Work with the business development & technical teams on areas of improvement


We want Resi to become the leading UK expert in home extensions and renovations. This is achieved with talented people in every role.


We are looking for the following attributes:


  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organisation skills


Desirable but not essential:


  1. Experience working within the property sector
  2. Experience working with a start-up or small business
