Account Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. Our Account Managers are the first point of contact for clients, they act as liaison between our designers and the client and they are responsible for maintaining a high client satisfaction level. 

Our client base covers the whole of the UK with a variety of potential projects - ranging from internal renovations to larger extensions and even new build developments!

We are currently 90 people based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London. International House is the UK’s first Living Wage Building. Our office is both accessible and we are willing to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate successful candidates. 


Our current Account Managers are excellent communicators, who have superior people skills and a passion for problem solving. We are a team of individuals who drive to make Resi the go-to architectural practice in the UK - everything from our initial consultation calls through to our final stage follow ups is driven by our clients experience and user journey.

This role is perfect for anyone looking to make an impact in a fast scaling business unit. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside designers to keep projects in Rhythm- chasing customers when necessary.

  • Handhold the client throughout their Resi journey.

  • Proactively communicate and update clients on project progress

  • Work alongside your studio team to prevent any blockers to a project moving forward

  • Manage up and voice any ideas and feedback that will improve the client’s journey

  • Be the first point of contact in the client escalation process

  • Organisation and admin tasks using our custom-built online admin panel (chasing payments, chasing feedback/ inputs from third parties)

  • Work with the business development & technical teams on areas of improvement
