FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst (Full Time or Part Time) to join our growing team at Resi. Being a part of a small finance team, this role offers hands-on experience across all areas of the business and opportunities for growth.

We are currently 90 people based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London. International House is the UK’s first Living Wage Building. Our office is both accessible and we are willing to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate successful candidates, this is not a remote role and eventually, we would expect you to attend our office in South London. 


The core responsibilities of this role :

  • Assist in the preparation of our Annual Budget and ongoing forecasting

  • Building and maintaining financial models, looking into both detailed profitability and bigger picture projects

  • Preparation and analysis of Monthly management reports

  • Providing frequent ad-hoc analysis about products, sales and margins with a view to addressing any issues and coming up with a solution

  • Reviewing and identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies with a view to delivering a plan to solve these

  • Supporting the business with analysis of financial information for strategic initiatives

  • Ad Hoc Analysis as required.

  • Management of Junior Management Accountant and ensuring all month end processes are correctly conducted

We are looking for people who are:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified

  • Previous experience working in a FP&A role, working with high data volumes

  • Strong Excel skills and be able to work with large volumes of data is essential 

  • A genuine hands-on, self-starter with the ability to make an impact on the business

  • Strong communicators accessible to all levels within the organisation

  • Experience with a background in a growing business (preferred but not essential)
